EC-433 by SikaAxson is an aluminium filled, heat resistant epoxy casting systems. It consists of four components resin, fast hardener, medium hardener and slow hardener. Exhibits good dimensional stability, easy mixing and accepts higher loading of bulk aluminium. Post cure temperature is 150°F (66°C), continuous temperature is 300°F (160°C) and intermittent temperature is 350°F (177°C). It is suitable for processing by compression molding, prototype injection molding, reaction injection molding (RIM) and foam molding. EC-433 is suitable for vacuum forming and other high temperature cast tooling applications.
