EC-415 by SikaAxson is an advanced two-component aluminium-filled ultra high-temperature epoxy casting system. It consists of two components resin and hardener. Exhibits extreme wear resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion and high heat deflection. It can be used up to 425°F (220°C). EC-415 is recommended for autoclave (prepreg) tooling, plastic injection molds, SMC compression molds, high-pressure/high-temperature RTM molds, LP-SMC compression molds and high-temperature rubber molding applications.
