Ecoblend® HCL7140 by Shanghai Kumho Sunny Plasticsis an eco-friendly, general purpose, heat stabilized polylactic acid (PLA) and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) blend based on 40 % to 50 % biological base plastic. It contains 40 % biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) content obtained from potatoes and corn. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Ecoblend® HCL7140 is recommended for ornament and housing of small appliance applications. Complies with the UL file no. E65424 and ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System Certification.
