ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-8800 by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary) is a non-halogen, low-smoke flame retardant compound based on polyolefin. It is UV-stabilized also. It is a colorable compound with PE/EVA masterbatch.
  • Offers good abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, long-term reliability & UV stability, excellent flame retardancy as well as good water resistance as per LTS 1, LTS 3 & LTS 4.
  • Processed by extrusion using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw.
  • Recommended for sheathing / jacketing applications for cables having large diameters.
  • Cables manufactured with ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-8800 according to standard technology meet the following industrial cable specifications like BS 7655 LTS 1,3 & 4; IEC 332-1 / IEC 332-2 / IEC 332-3,CAT C; VDE 0207 PART 24 HM2 & HM4; VDE 0250 PART 215 HM5.
  • It is compliant with RoHS applications.
