ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-4500 by Shakun Polymers (Alphagary)is a non-halogen, low-smoke flame retardant compound based on polyolefin. Consists of special thermoplastic polymers, inorganic filler and other additives. It shows good processing and physical properties. Also offers good abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, long-term reliability & UV stability, excellent flame retardancy as well as high thermal stress resistance. ECOTEK® SPL-ZHFR-4500 is a colorable compound with PE/EVA based masterbatch. Processed by extrusion using low C/R screw rather than regular polyethylene screw. Recommended for sheathing / jacketing applications for cables having large diameters. Cables manufactured with SPL-ZHFR-8800 according to standard technology meet the following industrial cable specifications like BS 7655 LTS 1,3 & 4; IEC 332-1 / IEC 332-2 / IEC 332-3, CAT C; VDE 0207 PART 24 HM2 & HM4. It is compliant with RoHS.
