FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD801A (Americas) by SABIC is a flexible, low warpage, impact & creep resistant, PFAS-free, migration-improved, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers hydrolytic & dimensional stability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD801A (Americas) is used in electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 80°C end-use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation and cable jacket applications in dark colors.
