SUSTAVACU® 6 GF by Röchling Group is a vacuum foamable, black-colored polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade. Exhibits high absorption of moisture up to 2.5 % in standard atmosphere, increased impact resistance, high rigidity, high mechanical strength, excellent stiffness, good impact strength, excellent machinability, outstanding thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability and high continuous service temperature. Used in the automotive industry, vehicle construction e.g. functional parts and trims in the engine compartment, wings and mechanical & plant engineering e.g. sumps, bonnets, trim panels and covers. Complies with REACH.
