SUSTAPVDF by Rochling Engineered Plastics is a semi-crystalline, high molecular weight vinylidene-fluoride-based polymerisate (PVDF) grade. Is highly pure; free from plasticizers, sliding agents and flame-inhibitive additives. Exhibits excellent machinability, high tensile strength, stiffness, high impact strength even at low temperatures and universal applicability. Provides extremely good weather-, UV- and chemical resistance. Shows good thermo-formability, excellent weldability, high continuous service temperature and good electrical insulating properties. SUSTAPVDF by Rochling Engineered Plastics is used in chemical, electrical, semiconductor and food processing industries for seals, valve, pump parts, membranes, housings, containers, pipes and sleeves. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
