PM9240

PM9240 is a universal, non-abrasive PE based purging pre-mix grade by RapidPurge. Contains chemical agents that break down the molecular structure and viscosity of the resident resin in order to attack the adhesion of resins to metals. Holds heat-activated expanding foaming agent to reach negative flow areas. Exhibits cleaning, scrubbing, soft polishing and no change in temperature or viscosity requirements. Is formulated for 380 - 450°F and eliminates black specs on startup. PM9240 is used to clean injection molding, extrusion and blow molding equipments.
