PM8240 by RapidPurge is a non-abrasive PE based purging pre-mix grade by RapidPurge. Contains chemical agents that break down the molecular structure and viscosity of the resident resin in order to attack the adhesion of resins to metals. Holds heat-activated expanding foaming agent to reach negative flow areas. Eliminates black specs on start-up. Exhibits cleaning, scrubbing, soft polishing and no change in temperature or viscosity requirements. Is formulated for low temperature purging 380 – 450°F. PM8240 is used to clean injection molding, extrusion and blow molding equipments.
