IG3000HT

IG3000HT is a concentrated, non-abrasive PE based purging grade by RapidPurge. Contains chemical agents that break down the molecular structure and viscosity of the resident resin in order to attack the adhesion of resins to metals. Holds heat-activated expanding foaming agent to reach negative flow areas. Is cost-effective, mixed with carrier resin prior to use and eliminates black specs on start-up. Exhibits cleaning, scrubbing, soft polishing and no change in temperature or viscosity requirements. IG3000HT is used to clean injection molding, extrusion and blow molding equipments. Is formulated for high viscosity/stiffness resins and/or high temperature purging up to 725°F.
