EC3000

EC3000 is a non-ammonia, non-foaming and non-abrasive chemically concentrated purging grade by RapidPurge. Exhibits dispersion of active ingredients, low smoke or fume emission and chemical- & mechanical properties. Is cost-effective, thermally activated and offers softening chemistry to soften polymer structure and lower viscosity of resident resin. EC3000 is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Recommended to purge downstream equipments like hot runner tools and dies. Formulated for applications with a filled resin, such as class-filled resin or for purging clear resins like polycarbonate, acrylic and crystal polystyrene. Meets FDA and GRAS.
