Plenco 06343 (Compression) by Plastics Engineering Company is a mica reinforced, two-stage phenolic molding compound. Exhibits low power factor, low electrical losses, good electrical properties and good creep resistance. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. Possible applications include cookware handles & knobs, electrical terminal strips, drive train components, brake components, engine oil fill caps, motor & alternator components, small appliance parts such as steam iron skirts, range strips, appliance plug parts, houseware items & popcorn popper chutes, gas meter parts, bottle & container covers, closures, electrical applications such as switch housings, circuit breaker cases, fuse holders, lighting baffles, snap-switch housings, capacitor caps, connectors & commutators and parts for automotive interiors. Plenco 06343 (Compression) complies with UL component file no. E40654 and meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
