Celazole® TL-60 by PBI Performance Products is a high performance, self lubricating, melt processable polybenzimidazole (PBI). It is a unique and highly stable heterocyclic polymer. It exhibits cost-effectiveness, high thermal stability, strength, and unique compatibility with certain other polymers, including the polyaryletherketone family. Celazole® TL-60 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
  • It is recommended for aerospace, industrial, chemical, petrochemical, conveyor system and semiconductor applications.
  • It offers superior wear resistance, low friction, chemical resistance and high load bearing capability.
  • It is designed for rotor vanes, thrust bearings, plane bearings, bushings and other friction management applications – particularly under load.
