NYLENE® NX1170 is a high viscosity polyamide PA 6 grade. Possesses high toughness, melt stability and good melt strength. Exhibits low wear properties through use of molybdenum disulfide at a high loading level. Provides good abrasion-, grease and food odor resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive, packaging, fiber/textile/carpet, wiring & cable and gardening. Complies with RoHS, UL, NSF, ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS16949 and A2LA regulations.
