DYLITE® F271TL

DYLITE® F271TL by NOVA Chemicals is an expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. It is insoluble in water and partially soluble in various organic solvents. Contains no chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) and can be 100% recycled. Offers good thermal insulation, less exterior condensation, highly consistent bead size and high gloss characteristics. Also offers superior temperature retention, superior taste & odor properties, low energy consumption and fast molding cycles. It is pre-lubricated, strong & lightweight and can be processed by foaming. Takes 30% less energy to produce an EPS container and has an extremely efficient use of material 95% air. DYLITE® F271TL by NOVA Chemicals is suitable for drinking cups (hot & cold), take-out containers, ice cream containers, labeled & printed cups, thin-wall cups at high density, noodle bowls and soup containers applications. Complies with TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, DSL, FDA 21 177.1640, EU Directive 90/128/EEC and EU Directive 99/91/EC regulations.
