NEXIMID® MHT-R is a polyimide resin which is based on Nexam Chemical’s crosslinkers NEXIMID® 100 (PEPA) and Nexam Chemical unique NEXIMID® 400 (EBPA) in combination with 6-FDA. It is intended for small to medium sized production volumes of high-temperature composites by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) processing. It provides high temperature performance, high softening temperature of 330-420°C via post curing, low melt viscosity at processing, easy processability, lower weight and metal fatigue resistance. NEXIMID® MHT-R is used in composites material for airplane/ aerospace, automotive, construction, U-boat and marine-military industry and papermaking machines in heavy industry.
