TREXPRENE™ D50BU by Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP) is a 100% recyclable, heat stabilized, soft polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. Exhibits easy processing, elastic recovery at elevated temperatures, low density and strong seals properties. Provides good resistance to chemical, heat aging, water and ozone. Designed for extrusion and injection blow molding processing methods. TREXPRENE™ D50BU by Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP) is recommended for automotive underhood applications such as mats, seals, gaskets, air ducts, constant velocity joint (CVJ) boots, protective coverings and grommets. Complies with automotive specifications - Nissan Part# 4101 LH / 4102 RH, Mitsubishi Part # MR991091/92 and GMW15813 Type 9 / GMP.E/P.006.
