TREXPRENE™ A55BU by Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP) is a 100% recyclable, heat stabilized, soft polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. Exhibits easy processing, elastic recovery at elevated temperatures, low density and strong seals properties. Provides good resistance to chemical, heat aging, water and ozone. Designed for extrusion and injection blow molding processing methods. TREXPRENE™ A55BU is recommended for automotive underhood applications such as mats, seals, gaskets, air ducts, constant velocity joint (CVJ) boots, protective coverings and grommets. Complies with automotive specifications - GMW15813 Type 4 / GMP.E/P.001, MS-AR -20A / 100AGN WSD-M2D378-A1 and DX300367.
