TIVAR® 88-2

Supplied byMitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials- Last Updated on Sep 6, 2018

TIVAR® 88-2 by QUADRANT is a very tough, ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene grade. Exhibits high impact strength and shows good performance in promoting flow of cohesive or non-free flowing materials due to low surface friction. It reduces noise and eliminates arching, ratholing and erratic material flow challenges. Used in conveying components like gravity flow-, bunker-, drag chain conveyor flights-, dust collection hopper-, front end loader bucket-, silo-, transfer chute-, storage bin-, surge bin-, railcar-, screw conveyor-, dischargers and vibratory feeder liners. TIVAR® 88-2 is suitable for bearings, diverter bars, roller covers, under belt wearstrips, belt- and conveyor skirting/scrapers, cyclones, dragline/reclaimer buckets, off-road truck beds, pugmill paddles, self-unloading ships, slider beds, vibrating bin, dead-, hitch- and transfer plates.
