Nichigo G-Polymer™ BVE8049P by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a biodegradable vinyl alcohol-based resin. Exhibits excellent water solubility, gas barrier properties and melt formability. Offers low foaming characteristics, absorbency, excellent solvent resistance and excellent orientation.
- It is used as a barrier material that can be dissolved in water and coated on films.
- Suitable as a barrier packaging materials for dry food.
- Nichigo G-Polymer™ BVE8049P have been certified as a recyclable material by Institute cyclos-HTP GmbH (cyclos-HTP).
