ALKOX® E-160 by Meisei Chemical Works is a high viscosity, water soluble ethylene oxide homopolymer grade. It exhibits rigidity, high molecular weight, good thermal stability, high performance, low stringiness and extremely high melt viscosity.
  • It is suitable for processing by heat rolling, extrusion and casting.
  • It maintains water solubility even if combined with other chemicals.
  • It shows reduced flow resistance, low moisture absorbency, good fluidity at room temperature, tackiness when wet and easy release when dried.
  • Its possible applications include pulp & paper industry, paints, textile & fabrics, construction & building, ceramics, ecology, machinery & metals, resins, batteries and home products.
  • ALKOX® E-160 has a function of coagulating sedimentation for suspension of clay, silica and others.
