UV16 by Master Bond is a low viscosity, high strength, one component epoxy (EP) based cationic UV curable system for bonding, sealing and coating. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or other volatiles. It also exhibits no oxygen inhibition.
  • It shows excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemicals including water, acids, bases, fuels and many solvents.
  • It provides superb physical strength characteristics, low shrinkage upon curing, outstanding optical clarity, light transmission, excellent dimensional stability and electrical insulation properties.
  • It offers superior adhesion to substrates including plastics, glass and many metals.
  • It is widely used in optical, optoelectronic, aerospace and related industries.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original unopened containers.
  • UV16 is RoHS complaint and passes NASA low outgassing tests.
