Supreme 121AO by Master Bond is a thermally-conductive epoxy (EP) system. Exhibits good electrical insulation, long open time and high glass transition temperature. Provides good strength, low shrinkage, good flow, toughness and good dimensional stability. Shows good temperature- and thermal cycling resistance. Resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, fuels and oils. It bonds good with metals, composites, glass, rubbers and plastics. Used for potting, encapsulation, aerospace, electronic, opto-electronic and OEM applications. The shelf life of Supreme 121AO is 6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
