LED405Med by Master Bond is a nanosilica filled, one-component, LED curable system by Master Bond. It does not contain any solvents and diluents. It cures fast without oxygen inhibition. Offers optical clarity and electrical insulation. Exhibits good mechanical properties including dimensional stability and low shrinkage. It resists sterilization such as gamma, ethylene oxide and radiation. Also resists many chemicals such as acids, bases, fuels and oils. Used in imaging devices, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments and optical systems. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months. LED405Med by Master Bond meets RoHS, USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 regulation for Cytotoxicity.
