EP4S-80 by Master Bond is a silver-filled, one component epoxy (EP) system. It has low viscosity and offers good flow, dimensional stability, low shrinkage, high modulus and good compressive strength. Offers good electrical conductivity and exhibits good water-, oil- and fuel resistance. Recommended for electronic, opto-electronics, acoustical, PCB assembly and automotive applications. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months. EP4S-80 meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
