EP3HTMed

EP3HTMed by Master Bond is a one part, heat curing, biocompatible epoxy (EP) compound that combines easy processing with excellent physical strength and bonding properties. It provides unlimited working life at room temperature and has low shrinkage upon curing.

• It offers easy application, fast curing and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics.
• It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents.
• It exhibits excellent adhesion, electrical insulation properties and superior chemical resistance to repeated sterilization, autoclaving, chemical sterilant, radiation & EtO.
• It is used in the manufacturing and production of both disposable and non-disposable medical devices.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months in original, unopened containers at 75°F.
• EP3HTMed is RoHS complaint, USP Class VI certified and passes ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity.
