EP30QF by Master Bond is quartz filled, two component epoxy (EP) system for high performance bonding, sealing, coating, encapsulation and potting applications. It offers high dimensional stability, very low shrinkage upon curing along with a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
  • It is easy to use with mix ratio of four to one by weight.
  • It exhibits higher tensile modulus, compressive strength, exceptionally good flow properties and faster setting than most filled systems.
  • It shows resistance to many chemicals including fuels, oils, water along with some acids and bases.
  • It provides electrical insulation, robust physical strength properties and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics & plastics.
  • It features ambient temperature cure or fast, elevated temperature cure as required.
  • It is used in adhesive, optical, fiber-optic, electronic, aerospace, specialty OEM and related industries.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original, unopened containers.
  • EP30QF is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing specifications.
