EP21NS by Master Bond is an electrically insulating, nanosilica filled epoxy (EP) system with moderate viscosity and good flow properties. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. It is suitable for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications.
  • It exhibits outstanding dimensionally stability, exceptionally low shrinkage upon curing and excellent physical strength.
  • It bonds well to a wide variety of materials including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and many plastics.
  • It shows exceptional electrical properties at 16 GHz, long working life and high resistance to abrasion, water, oils, fuels, salts.
  • It is used in aerospace, electronics, optical, opto-electronic and specialty OEM applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 40-50°F in original unopened containers.
  • EP21NS is RoHS complaint.
