EP17HTDA-2 by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulative, one component heat cured epoxy (EP) system with high compressive strength. It is suitable for sealing and die attach applications.
  • It is not premixed & frozen, bonds well to a wide variety of substrates such as metal, ceramics, plastics and composites.
  • It offers high glass transition temperature (Tg) and high chemical resistance to water, acids, bases, solvents, fuels, and oils.
  • It can withstand temperatures used in electronic packaging such as wire bonding.
  • It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 40-50°F in original syringes.
  • EP17HTDA-2 is RoHS complaint and passes NASA low outgassing specifications.
