ESTANE® BCX HS

ESTANE® BCX HS by Lubrizol is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based on aromatic and aliphatic HDI chemistries. It features low density and outperforms alternatives in cushioning, compression, and durability.

• It allows increased production automation, reduces material scrap, and enables midsole recyclability.
• It offers improved energy return, vertical rebound up to 75%, and long-term performance stability.
• It is processed using injection foaming method.
• ESTANE® BCX HS is suitable for use in advanced footwear midsoles manufactured through melt- and solid-state physical foaming processes with super critical fluid (SCF) technology.
