Lupox® GP2156FL is a general purpose, flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate grade by LG Chem, reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Exhibits minimal moisture absorption, fast crystallization speed and excellent electrical properties. Shows good resistance against water, weak acids and many solvents. Provides slight solubility in strong polar solvent or chlorinated solvents but insolubility in water. Lupox® GP2156FL is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive connectors, IT/OA, electrical and electronic applications. Complies with US EPA TSCA and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
