EVAL™ M100B by Kuraray is ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. It imparts a transparent package for content visibility. It exhibits chemical resistance and low thermal conductivity compared with aluminum foil. It has excellent barrier properties against the permeation of gases including oxygen. It shows minimal absorption of solvents and blocks solvents & chemical substances. It possesses a good barrier for flavor and aroma preservation. It has the lowest ethylene content and provides the highest barrier for automotive and flexible applications. EVAL™ M100B is applicable as a high-barrier type for fuel tanks.
