EVAL™ E105B by Kuraray is ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. It has higher ethylene content that allows greater flexibility and easier processing. It imparts a transparent package for content visibility. It exhibits chemical resistance and low thermal conductivity compared with aluminum foil. It has excellent barrier properties against the permeation of gases including oxygen. It shows minimal absorption of solvents and blocks solvents & chemical substances. It possesses a good barrier for flavor and aroma preservation. EVAL™ E105B is suitable in industrial film, sheets and tube applications.
