KRATON® D1164 PT by KRATON is a clear white, general purpose, linear, triblock copolymer based on styrene and isoprene (SIS) with a polystyrene content of 29%. Exhibits insolubility in water, high strength, good heat sealability, easy processing and low viscosity. It is essentially odorless and available in North America as a dusted dense pellet. Used as a modifier of bitumen or thermoplastics and in compound formulations. Suitable for adhesives, sealants and coating applications. Possible applications include general consumer and industry applications. KRATON® D1164 PT by KRATON complies with REACH, AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), Canadian DSL (Domestic Substances List), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances Produced or Imported in China), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances), ENCS (Existing & New Chemical Substances) inventory, KECI (Korean Existing Chemicals Inventory), NZIoC (New Zealand Inventory of Chemicals), PICCS (Philippines Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances, NECI (Taiwan National Existing Chemical Inventory) and TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) inventory.
