KRATON® D1157 ES

KRATON® D1157 ES by KRATON is a clear white, general purpose, linear block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene (SBS) with bound styrene of 29.5% mass. Exhibits insolubility in water, high strength, good heat sealability, easy processing and low viscosity. It is essentially odorless and available in Europe as a porous pellet dusted with amorphous silica. Is suitable for processing by compression molding and cast film extrusion. Used as a modifier of bitumen or thermoplastics and in compound formulations. Suitable for adhesives, sealants and coating applications. Possible applications include general consumer and industry applications.
