KompoGTe® LE1G40 HIBL is a high impact polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade reinforced with 40% long glass fiber. Exhibits high strength and high stiffness. Offers homogenized fiber dispersion and excellent impregnation which leads to superior surface properties, mechanical strength, (minimum void) low gas and maximum modulus & impact balance. The long fibers are reinforced by melt pultrusion process. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. KompoGTe® LE1G40 HIBL is recommended for automotive applications such as IP core, engine cover, FEM carrier, head lamp bracket, under body cover, drum housing, door module plate, rear seat arm rest & rear seat C/F and electrical & electronic applications such as washing machine drum tub, pump housing & bobbin.
