Rubaloy™ - 7380

Rubaloy™ - 7380 by Imperial Water-proofing Industries is a polyblend of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber/ polyvinyl chloride (NBR/ PVC) in a polymer ratio 70 : 30. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Offers resistance to oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex. Exhibits very easy processability and superior dispersion. Provides improved tensile, elongation, compression set oil swelling and high mooney viscosity. It can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Designed for processing by extrusion. Rubaloy™ - 7380 uses standard sulfur or peroxide curing systems. Recommended for gasoline tubings, hose covers, conveyor belt covers, LPG tubing, auto parts, gaskets, oil seals, antistatic shoe soles, rubber sheets, rubber parts, aprons, industrial textile, printing rolls, textile cots, auto weather strips, packaging and expanded sheets for insulation applications. Complies with ISO: 18001 - 2007, RoHS, U.S. EPA TSCA, REACH and ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations.
