Supplied byHubei Everflon Polymer- Last Updated on Jan 5, 2024

Everflon™ ETFE 4020 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a high flow rate, general-purpose, melt processable ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene (ETFE). It is modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). It is high performance resin that can be processed at relatively high rates. It is hydrolytically stable and mechanically tough.
  • It exhibits greatly enhanced flex life and resistance to environmental stress, weather, abrasion and chemical.
  • It offers outstanding impact strength, excellent dielectric performance and mechanical properties.
  • It is suitable for processing by melt extrusion, compression, blow and injection molding.
  • Used in electric components, sleeving, coil forms, sockets, connectors, switches and insulation of wire and cables.
  • Also used in lab ware, such as tubing, valves, containers and dishes, battery components, valves, seal glands, pipe plugs and corrugated tubing and films.
  • Everflon™ ETFE 4020 is PFOA free and complies with Reach, RoHS and UL 94 HB flame rating
