Everflon™ ETFE 4003 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is a melt processable, premium ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene (ETFE). It exhibits low flow rate, greatly enhanced flex life and resistance to environmental stress, weather, abrasion and chemical. It is a modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). It is high performance resin that can be processed at relatively high rates.
  • It offers outstanding impact strength, excellent mechanical and dielectrical properties.
  • It is hydrolytically stable and mechanically tough.
  • It is suitable for processing by melt extrusion, compression-, blow- and injection molding.
  • Used in wire and cable industry for wire coating and cable jacket fabrication.
  • It is also used in chemical service items like lined valves, fitting, pump housings, impellers, column packings, tubing, ducts and films.
  • Everflon™ ETFE 4003 is PFOA free and complies with RU, Reach, RoHS and UL 94 HB flame rating.
