HTMax® PPS EX-500 by HT Materials is a semi-crystalline, linear polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) polymer. It offers stiffness, hardness, toughness and has outstanding chemical and oxidative resistance. It is high-performance, inherently flame retardant, dimensionally stable and absorbs little moisture. It has uniform chemical structure and narrower molecular weight distribution. It provides fast crystallization, lower chloride content and good melt stability. It also has excellent electrical properties, is highly impermeable to most liquids and gases, has minimal creep, even at elevated temperatures, and flows well in molding to fill long, thin, and complex parts. HTMax® PPS EX-500 is suitable for extrusion applications.
