HAPFLEX™ 669-3 by Hapco is a low viscosity, semi-rigid, mercury free, hybrid rubber. It is a relatively fast and virtually unbreakable elastomer grade. It can be cured at room temperature. It is available as 100:50 solution by weight A:B. Offers products in 2 speeds, a standard 20-25 minute working time, and a 3-6 minute working time for fast demolding. Provides good shock and abrasion resistance. Possible applications include living hinges, protective coverings, fixtures, foundry patterns, bending tools and core boxes. Complies with RoHS Directive (EU) 2011/65. HAPFLEX™ 669-3 by Hapco has a shelf life of 6 months.
