STERALLOY™ E-2871 by Hapco is a biocompatible, easy to use, flexible liquid rubber. Exhibits unique chemical properties and low moisture sensitivity. It is available as 100:32 solution by volume and weight A:B. It can be easily pigmented & is available in both fast and slow speed. STERALLOY™ E-2871 by Hapco is designed for food and drug applications like food processing equipment and medical devices. HAPFLEX™ 670-3 by Hapco is a low viscosity, mercury free, semi-rigid, hybrid rubber. It is a relatively fast and virtually unbreakable elastomer grade. It can be cured at room temperature. It is available as 100:65 solution by weight A:B. Offers products in 2 speeds, a standard 20-25 minute working time, and a 3-6 minute working time for fast demolding. Provides good shock and abrasion resistance. Possible applications include living hinges, protective coverings, fixtures, foundry patterns, bending tools and core boxes.
