GAPEKK™ 3230CF is an ultra-high performance, semi-crystalline, easy flow polyether ketone ketone (PEKK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exhibits high compressive strength, superior temperature resistance, high chemical resistance (to aggressive environments) and excellent electrical resistance. Has inherent flame retardancy, high temperature stability, strength, stiffness and ease of processing. Also exhibits creep-, wear- & radiation- resistance and delivers extended high temperature mechanical performance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Suitable for high temperature applications, sterilization for medical & food contact applications and used in oil & gas industry.
