P4C6Z-022 by Flint Hills is a translucent, crystalline polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. It is not formulated with animal derived components or phthalates. Exhibits excellent processability, good mold release, high stiffness, good impact strength at room temperatures, and good electrical insulation properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. P4C6Z-022 is recommended for pen barrels, bathroom accessories and medical & healthcare applications. P4C6Z-022 complies with the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 1.1a, & UL Certified 94 HB, and is listed with Drug Master File.
