23R2A by Flint Hills is a clear, semi-crystalline, radiation sterilizable polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. It is not formulated with animal derived components. Exhibits high contact clarity, blush resistance, good stress crack resistance, high stiffness, good resistance to radiation exposure, high impact strength at room temperatures, low density, and good electrical insulation properties. Is suitable for processing by blow molding. 23R2A is suitable for vials, bottles, and medical & healthcare applications. Complies with the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.2a, USP Class VI <88>, USP<85>, USP<661>, ISO 10993-5, and is listed with Drug Master File.
