VESTAKEEP® i4 3DF by Evonik is an unfilled, high viscosity, biocompatible polyether ether ketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits extra high purity and extended quality measures. It is suitable for processing by 3D printing, fused deposition molding and extrusion.
  • It offers good abrasion-, acid-, alkali-, grease- and hydrolysis resistance.
  • It is hydrolytically stable grade and also offers good oil-, solvent-, wear- and heat resistance.
  • It complies with ASTM F2026 regulations for surgical implant applications.
  • VESTAKEEP® i4 3DF is recommended for long term implantable medical devices.
