VESTAKEEP® 5000 HCM

VESTAKEEP® 5000 HCM by Evonik is a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade available as micro granules. It increases production efficiency and minimizes/ eliminates air that gets trapped in hot compression molds. It can be processed using injection molding, extrusion and hot compression molding (HCM) though use of HCM method enables lower downstream manufacturing process costs as compared to that of injection molding and extrusion. Also HCM processing enhances higher yield and higher finished components quality. Suitable for applications that must meet extremely high mechanical, thermal and chemical requirements. VESTAKEEP® 5000 HCM is used for efficient manufacturing of high quality seals exhibiting superior mechanical performance for oil and gas industry.
