ForTii® F11 by Envalior is a halogen- and red phosphorous-free, chemical resistant, 30% glass-reinforced PPA, polyamide 4T (PA4T) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers an excellent balance in flow, toughness and stiffness, enabling thin walls or complicated geometries for E&E applications. ForTii® F11 is all-color VDE approved, has a high RTI electrical rating of 140°C at 0.75 mm and CTI =800V rating to secure thermal aging and electrical performance. It is used in automotive e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), coil insulation, contactors, EGR sensor, laminates (electro motors), battery-, FPC-, HDMI-, WtB and BtB-, reflow connectors, reflow connectors (2), reflow connectors (3) as well as speed-, temperature-, position sensor, MCCB housings, fuse holder, high voltage connector e-motor, industrial control gear, medium voltage circuit breaker isolators, medium voltage circuit breaker, micro appliance connector, miniature circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, motor starter/overload relays, start/stop: alternator and starter parts.
