Arnitel® HT8027 by Envalior is a heat resistant, high performance, thermoplastic copolyester (COPE) grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by injection molding, blow molding and extrusion applications. This grade is used in clean air inlet ducts and hot charged air ducts. It allows weight and cost reduction of upto 50%. It is suitable for different connector systems (e.g. HENN). It offers chemical resistance and high heat aging at 180°C for 3000 hours. It provides less potential of leakage, less pressure loss, fast- and easy processing. It allows for light weight solutions (50% lighter than rubber & metal) and reliable solutions due to its perfect combination of high (aging) temperature resistance and good flexibility. Arnitel® HT8027 complies with CONEG, RoHS and REACH regulations.
